Programs for various levels students
Those who have not learned master Zhai Weichuan’s system of Wu 武 style Taijiquan will start from a set of 5 basic excercises and 13 movements form. After that there could be study of 37 essential form, 5 steps 8 methods form, pushing hands, sword, broadsword, spear/pole, 56 fighting methods etc., depending on which material you learned previously.
