Yiquan Summer Course 2026
Absolute beginners and those during the process of learning basic level program will have opportunity to learn the modules of the basic program, according to their level – depending how many modules they learned previously. Complete beginners need from the first week of the course, and optionally they can continue during the second week. Those who learned with us before can start from the first or the second week.
Those who completed at least the basic level will have chance to work on various training methods and learning their more advanced variants. This time the stress will be put on improving tui shou and learning san shou. During the first week we will work on basic training methods (zhan zhuang, shi li, fa li, tui shou) from various levels of the program . During the second week the stress will be on tui shou, pads, bag san shou training.
All participants and those who would like to start learning can have access to video course covering about 1/3 of the basic level program.

The hours are adjusted to the needs of people from Warsaw, so they can participate without need of taking vacation from work.
We will be training mostly outdoors – in Park Skaryszewski. In case of bad weather the other option is using our small gym at No. 1 Wąwolnicka street.
We suggest accomodation close to the above mentioned locations or in places from which you could come directly by bus or tramway.
The training fees (not including accomodation or other costs):
For one week training
- 140 Euro
For two weeks training
- 230 Euro
Chosen days:
- 25 Euro for one day, no matter how many hours.
