Yiquan Weekend Workshop

Those who didn’t learn with us before will have opportunity to learn some zhan zhuang, shi li, fa li and tui shou excercises from the first modules of our training programme.

Those already learning with us will focus on developing basic attributes typical for Yiquan, using various training methods, with main stress on tui shou practice.

At the final part of Sunday training there will be also small tests in beyond style fixed step tui shou.

Planned schedule:

Friday, January 24 – 18:25-20:25
Saturday, January 25 – 10:00-14:00 – going for a lunch together after the classes
Sunday, January 26 – 10:00-14:00
Venue: Our small gym at No. 1 Wawolnicka street.
